You will be given a blank Deposition Form.

Based on an existing EMDB entry

Useful if you are going to submit a structure which is related to a released EMDB entry. EmDep will fill in as much relevant deposition information from the existing EMDB entry as possible. Please bear in mind that there may be very little accessible information in old EMDB entries.

Based On Previous Submission

If you have completed a submission with EmDep, we have saved the information and can preload the new Dep Form from the one previously submitted. You must be very careful to change all items that actually should be different between this submission and the previous one. Please note that submissions completed on EmDep 1.0 or older will not work.

Continuation

If you started a submission during a previous session but did not complete it, you may resume from where you left off.
